Lionel Richie is finally home after spending three days in the intensive care unit.
The "Hello" singer, 77, is reportedly "doing great" after his sudden hospitalization and has returned to Los Angeles, Calif., following a three-day stay, sources told People on Wednesday, September 2.
Lionel Richie Rushed to the Hospital Following Performance
Lionel Richie checked himself into a hospital on August 29.
As OK! previously reported, Richie checked himself into the hospital following a performance in St. Louis, Mo.
The singer, who is currently on tour with Earth, Wind & Fire, first raised concerns after requesting a chair while performing his final song of the show, "All Night Long," per TMZ.
Doctors Performed Cardiac Tests
Lionel Richie requested a chair during his final song before checking himself into the hospital.
The "Stuck on You" singer reportedly wanted to get evaluated following the concert and was admitted to the ICU, where doctors performed cardiac tests.
Sources initially told TMZ that doctors were looking into "possible mild dehydration," and he was estimated to be discharged on Tuesday, September 1.

Lionel Richie Was Previously Hospitalized in June
Lionel Richie said he began feeling 'dizzy' during a concert in June.
The hospitalization comes two months after Richie suffered another medical scare following a concert in St. Paul, Minn.
The "We Are the World" songwriter suddenly paused the show and told the audience he was feeling "dizzy" and "strange" before being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.
"What I have learned about my years of being in the business. When you are feeling dizzy, sit your a-- down. And when you are feeling strange about yourself, sit your a-- down!" he told the audience.
Richie attempted to make light of the situation, adding, "Now, I want you to know, that's the first time in the history of 'Dancing on the Ceiling' I've done it sitting down. That's a bad sign, y'all."
Lionel Richie's Shows Were Postponed
Lionel Richie's next two shows were canceled following his June hospitalization.
The show was then paused for an intermission before ultimately being canceled.
Organizers later announced that Richie's upcoming shows were put on hold as he focused on his recovery.
"Under advisement by doctors to rest and return to full health, Lionel Richie has postponed his next two shows on Friday, June 26 in Chicago, Ill. and Saturday, June 27 in Columbus, Ohio," a statement shared by the United Center read.
"He and Earth, Wind & Fire will return to the stage on Tuesday, June 30 in Pittsburgh, PA," the announcement continued. "Lionel is heartbroken to postpone these two shows and cannot wait to be back performing for his fans. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes fans who have tickets for these two shows. Rescheduled dates will be announced soon."
