Logan Paul Lists His Swanky Encino Mansion For $9 Million — Tour The Ultra Private Compound With A Backyard Perfect For Entertaining
Logan Paul finally seems to be taking steps towards his dream of moving to Puerto Rico after putting his California mansion on the market.
With the help of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman, the YouTuber's Encino estate — built in 1976 — hit the market on Tuesday, November 9, at $8,995,000, TMZ reported. Paul first bought the property in 2017 for $6.6 million, and completely remodeled the home to his liking.
Paul has been very vocal about his desire to move to Puerto Rico for the tax break and change of scenery. "I've been fiending for a change in my life and I think I got that bug that is biting everyone leaving LA," he admitted earlier this year on the Impaulsive podcast, per Distractify. "I have to get out of LA — I've been feeling it."
The 26-year-old explained he found Puerto Rico enticing because the island doesn't have absurd taxes, opposed to California, which has one of the highest state taxes on income at more than 13 percent, it was reported.
"It's getting crazy here in California you know, paying taxes and for what?" Logan reportedly questioned. "Potholes in the streets are not fixed. There are homeless people everywhere ... I don't know. I don't love it."
Despite Paul's interest in Puerto Rico, many people have expressed their distaste upon his arrival. "Logan Paul moving to PR will unleash a domino effect of famous/wealthy idiots moving to our island to evade taxes and I'm disgusted," one social media user tweeted, while another added: "To all the people of Puerto Rico, I am sorry that Logan Paul is moving there."
Regardless of where Paul goes next, he certainly seems to be stoked to be getting out of Los Angeles.
