Leon, who has previously been a muse for Stella McCartney, was announced as the new face of Marc Jacobs with the launch of their spring 2021 line. The model wears the designer's colorful accessories — including the iconic Tote collection and ditsy floral jewelry — effortlessly, posing in everything from rainbow-striped socks and glitter tights to a luffa-inspired headpiece.
“Marc has a long-storied history with Madonna and so it only made sense for us to tap Lola to be the face of the campaign as she perfectly encapsulates the youthful spirit and uncompromising sense of individuality central to this younger expression of the brand,” a press release for the brand read.
Leon — whose father is fitness trainer Carlos Leon — keeps a relatively low profile, having just joined Instagram earlier this year. She posted a few of the photos of the new campaign with the caption, “#MARCMYWORDSssssssssssss TY @marcjacobs.”
The famous daughter has previously modeled for Juicy Couture, Gypsy Sport and underwear brand Parade. The beauty embodies the label which “celebrates eclecticism and an individualized approach to personal style” by embracing avant-garde poses and flaunting her unshaven armpits.
