The more, the merrier is the mantra in Meghan Trainor’s household! When the pop star purchased this nearly 1-acre estate in L.A.’s Toluca Lake neighborhood back in 2016, it wasn’t just for herself — but for her brothers as well.
“Everywhere I go, my family comes with me,” Trainor, 27, said of sharing the sprawling ranch-style residence with Ryan, 30, and Justin, 25, who stayed put even after she married actor Daryl Sabara, 28, two years later.
Clocking in at 7,174 square feet, the five-bed, seven-and-a-half bath multi-wing abode has more than enough room for the siblings and spouses, who welcomed son Riley in February.
(Ryan and Justin aren’t even banished to the two detached guest houses, which each have their own purpose: One functions as a recording studio and dance space, while the other’s outfitted as a gym packed with plenty of weight-lfting equipment.)
But the current arrangement could be about to change. In May, Trainor put the picturesque pad up for sale to presumably move into an even larger $6.6 million Encino mansion she and Sabara bought last year. Will the Trainor boys also tag along? Stay tuned!
The single-level home, which sits at the end of a long private driveway, was renovated just before Meghan moved in.
