Meri Brown Feels 'Bad' For Wanting To Stay In Arizona, Suspects Christine Is 'Feeling Trapped,' More 'Sister Wives' Revelations
After Christine Brown previously revealed that she wanted to move to Utah, Kody Brown consulted his other wives in the latest episode of Sister Wives.
During the Sunday, November 28, episode, Kody told Meri Brown that he has "tried to be stoic with [Christine]. "I was like, 'Yeah, I'll move. I'm game.' ... Oh yeah, I always have been [interested in returning]. That's where I thought I would retire, in St. George, Utah," he said, per PEOPLE.
Kody admitted that he didn't actually want to move. "You can't beat Flagstaff, Arizona. You just can't," he told Meri. He said that he didn't understand why moving to Utah is "a big deal now" for the 49-year-old and suspected that she may be experiencing a "mid-life crisis."
"Honestly, I hate the fact that she might be feeling trapped. I don't know if that's how she feels, but I wonder," Meri said.
During the episode, the family struggled with navigating the coronavirus pandemic together.
Kody and Robyn wanted to maintain strict quarantine regulations while Janelle and Christine wanted to relax the restrictions. Kody arranged a socially-distanced family meeting as he and Janelle's son Hunter was going back to college.

"Things between Kody and I are a little stiff right now, but it’s a family barbecue and we haven’t gotten together for so long," Christine said, per HollywoodLife. "So all of that is just put away and we’re going to have a great time."
Things were tense between the co-parents during the episode. Christine shared that she was scheduling surgery for their daughter Ysabel's scoliosis but her father wanted to put off the surgery until the pandemic is over.
"Ysabel and Christine are going to be gone for a month, and they have to quarantine a week before and after," Kody explained. "So we're talking about a six-week process and it’s just not good for me to be away from the other families for that amount of time."
Christine also shared that was was allowing her daughter to get a tattoo to cover up her scar after the surgery.
She also revealed that she was not fully following the COVID-19 restrictions. "We’ve hung out at Janelle’s house a few times, my kids and I. Not socially distanced. I just had to choose. It came down to choosing between Janelle and Kody and I chose Janelle sometimes," she explained.
Earlier this month, Christine announced that she and Kody had split.
