NeNe Leakes Unloads GA Mansion She Shared With Late Husband Gregg For Millions As New Relationship With Nyonisela Sioh Blossoms

NeNe Leakes has unloaded the Georgia mansion she once shared with late husband Gregg Leakes.

The duo picked up the 9,791-square-foot property, located in the suburb of Duluth, just outside of Atlanta, in 2015 for $2.1 million. The 53-year-old actress went on to add several luxurious upgrades, including a resort style backyard and swimming pool. The Real Housewives of Atlanta fans will recognize “Casa Leakes” from the show, as she frequently invited Bravo cameras into the glitzy abode.

The reality TV star initially listed the house for $4 million in September, before cutting the price to $3.8 million in October, then slashing it again to $3.495 last month. According to The Post, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is currently under contract.

The I Dream of NeNe alum's sale of the property comes nearly four months after Gregg's death on September 1, 2021. The 66-year-old died in their Atlanta home after a lengthy battle with colon cancer.

NeNe has been able to slowly heal her heart since the loss of her late husband by getting to know hunky new beau Nyonisela Sioh. Although the relationship is fresh, OK! learned the Glee alum is "very happy right now." The duo have been recently spotted packing on the PDA on vacation in Miami.

"She can't stop smiling around Nyonisela," the source continued, noting the duo were introduced to each other by RHOA star Cynthia Bailey's ex-hubby Peter Thomas. "It's still very new but she's almost like a teenager with him, just light and giggly and feeling those new relationship butterflies."

"It was obviously very hard for NeNe after Gregg's death, but she had been his caretaker for so long, she really lost what it was like to have a partner who prioritizes you," the source explained, adding: "Nyonisela treats her like a queen. He's constantly fawning over her, showering her with compliments and putting her needs first. She couldn't have found a better guy to be with after her loss."

As OK! previously reported, NeNe introduced her new beau to her followers during her birthday bash earlier this month. Nyonisela is from Liberia, Africa and is the owner of a couture suit company in Charlotte, North Carolina.
