NeNe Leakes' Son Pens Emotional Plea To Cherish Your 'Loved Ones' As Dad Gregg Is Dying From Cancer: 'Time Is So Fu**ing Valuable'
A son’s heartbreak.
NeNe Leakes’ son Brentt penned an emotional message about cherishing the time you have with those you care about amid his dad Gregg’s cancer battle.
“Spend time with your loved ones every chance you get.,” the grieving son shared via a since-expired Instagram Story. “Time is so Fu**ing valuable dog. I can’t express it.”
“I’m learning the hard way watching my dad fight every day,” the post continued, reported social media account Neighborhood Talk. Please go create memories with ya people.”
Brentt’s sentimental plea comes after his mom shared an update on Gregg’s cancer battle, and the prognosis wasn’t good.
“My husband is transitioning to the other side,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum told customers at her restaurant, Linnethia Lounge, in Duluth, Georgia, on Saturday, August 28.

The interaction came after a fan at the club requested the 53-year-old to wish them a happy birthday and then called her “rude” for not being more upbeat.
“You don’t know what we’re dealing with right now. We walked in this lounge because we had to walk in this lounge because this is our business. So, when people approach and say, 'you’re rude because you don’t want to say happy birthday,' my husband is at home dying. I don’t want to say ‘happy birthday,’” she told the guests.
“Sometimes you don't know what people are dealing with,” she said in a recorded clip that surfaced online.
After the viral video made its way around the web, NeNe seemingly addressed the news via Instagram. She posted an image that simply read “Broken” with a broken heart emoji and prayer hands emoji.
“Praying for you and your family. Sending you lots of love ❤️,” RHOA alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann wrote offering her condolences, while rapper Trina wrote: “Praying heavy for you and your family 🧡🙏🏽🥺.”
Gregg was diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer in 2018 and was in remission for two years. In June, the Glee veteran revealed her husband’s cancer had returned and he was undergoing surgery.
