After owning the property for two decades, buying the home in 2000 for $1.8 million, she listed her long-time sweet escape for $14.9 million.
The Baywatch star decided to move back to her home town following her surprise wedding to bodyguard turned husband, Dan Hayhurst, last Christmas Eve, Anderson told New York Post.
“I feel more settled on my sustainable ranch on Vancouver Island with space to rescue more animals," the blonde bombshell explained. "It’s still beachfront. One foot away from the water — and I’m lost."
