Paris Hilton Reportedly Expecting First Child With Fiancé Carter Reum
From The Simple Life to motherhood?
Page Six reports that Paris Hilton is expecting her first child with fiancé Carter Reum.
In January, Hilton revealed that she was undergoing In vitro fertilization in the hopes of having twins — and that IVF was the only way she could ensure she'd have "twins that are a boy and a girl."
She revealed that her longtime friend Kim Kardashian, who welcomed two of her four children via surrogacy, was the one who told Hilton she could pre-select the the gender of her kids.

"We have been doing the IVF, so I can pick twins if I like. Kim [Kardashian] is actually the one who told me about that. I didn't even know anything about it," she said during an appearance on The Trend Reporter With Mara podcast. "I'm happy that she told me that advice and introduced me to her doctor."
"I've already undergone the egg extraction procedure. It was tough, but I knew it would be worth it. I did it a couple of times," the former reality star explained, adding, "I really do believe that having a family and having children is the meaning of life."
Hilton, who broke off her engagement to Chris Zylka in 2018, has known Reum for over a decade. The couple announced they were engaged in February, after Reum popped the question during a romantic getaway to celebrate Hilton's 40th birthday.
Hilton explained that Reum is "just my dream guy...He's 100 percent [the one]. We talk about [planning a wedding] all the time and planning our babies' names and all of that."
"Just doing it together and having a partner that is just so supportive and always makes me feel just like a princess all the time... that it wasn't that bad," she gushed. "So I'm really excited to just move on for the next step of my life and finally just have like a real life."
