Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Enroll Archie and Lilibet in Ritzy $35K-a-Year U.K. Prep School: Report

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, are reportedly attending a posh prep school in the United Kingdom that comes with a hefty price tag.

The little ones will be getting their education at a private school that costs over $35,000 a year, a new report claimed.

While the name of the educational institution has not yet been revealed, Page Six claimed the school contains several amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, vast grassy pastures and several AstroTurf sports fields.

Boating and kayaking activities can also be undertaken due to the school's river and waterfront access.

The academy also comes complete with art studios, a cooking room, multiple science labs and a theater, as well as a music and performing arts center, a recital hall and a lush garden.

The ritzy school even features a gourmet dining hall that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of international dishes including falafel and slow-roasted lamb shoulder.

Meghan, 45, Harry, 41, and their children touched down in the U.K. on August 26 and are expected to stay for an unspecified prolonged period of time.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had left England when they stepped down as senior members of the royal family in 2020 and moved to Montecito, Calif., before coming back.

While the couple is still reportedly house-hunting, they apparently have been eyeing a $16.2 million property in the Cotswolds as they're planning to set up a private, non-royal residence outside of London. The Suits star and the Spare author will also retain their residences on the West Coast and in Portugal.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told Page Six on Tuesday, September 1, that residents of the Cotswolds were contacted by school officials about new rules pertaining to A-list students.

“The message sent to families essentially said that, from time to time, some families joining the school may attract a greater level of public or media interest,” she said, adding the letter also reminded parents not to film other kids without permission, or share photos on social media.

It was reported on August 31 the actress has ideal specifications for her new abode, including nine bedrooms, a film studio, a large amount of land and prime security precautions.

According to Daily Mail, Meghan and Harry will settle on a home once they visit their options in-person. "There is an agent involved," a source said, adding the duo has "not seen anywhere yet."

Harry is also keen on having "a lot, and I mean a lot, of land, and no footpaths going across it to protect their privacy.”
