Ronnie Ortiz-Magro 'Not Filming' New Season Of 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation' With Cast Following Domestic Violence Arrest
As legal trouble continues to mount for Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, sources are spilling that the gang of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation has gathered together to film a new season — and the Bronx native is nowhere to be seen.
“Ronnie is not filming, at least not as of now,” an insider squealed. “The cast started filming a little here and there two weeks ago, but now they are all filming full force, sans Ron.”
The source noted that “there is no sign that Ronnie is joining” his castmates “at least not anytime soon,” The Sun reported.
Fans of the hit MTV show will be happy to hear that OG cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is back and filming for the new season. The feisty reality TV star announced in 2019 she was leaving the series to spend more time with her kids.
Angelina Pivarnick recently shared a snap with Jersey Shore stars Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Polizzi, Deena Cortese and Mike Sorrentino’s wife, Lauren via Instagram.

As OK! previously reported, following his April arrest, Ortiz-Magro failed to show up in court at his probation violation hearing last month. The prosecutor in the case was livid the 35-year-old skipped out on the proceeding, saying “I find that offensive that everyone has to be here except the defendant.”
Ortiz-Magro’s attorney chalked his absence up to a mix-up. “There was a misunderstanding as to whether or not Mr. Ortiz would be there today. I had told the prosecutor he was not going to be in court today because it's a misdemeanor, and you don't have to appear on a misdemeanor; your attorney can appear for you,” Leonard Levine said at the hearing on Friday, July 23.
Ortiz-Magro — who shares daughter Ariana with ex-girlfriend Jen Harley — was taken into custody on Thursday, April 22, for allegedly attacking his fiancée Saffire Matos. He was later released on a $100,000 bond.
