Rosario Dawson Is Leaving West Coast Life Behind — Inside Her $2.28 Million Former Modern Mediterranean Oasis
Rent star Rosario Dawson is saying goodbye to a permanent life on the West Coast to start a new one with boyfriend and New Jersey senator Cory Booker on the East side.
With the help of Aaron Bernbach and Devin McNichol from Rodeo Realty - Pacific Palisades, she sold her Marina Del Rey, Calif., home on January 20 for $2,279,000. The brunette beauty first purchased the home in 2015 for $1,832,500.
Dawson has no use for her home in the sunny state since she moved across the country to live with Booker — who Dawson began dating in 2018 — last year.
"This is the first time in my life I've really lived with somebody — and obviously Rosario and I are enjoying and adjusting to that,” the senator previously said, while noting their busy schedules were bringing them closer despite the stress of trying to unpack.
If the actress ever needs her own space, she can reside at her two other properties in Bloomingburg, N.Y. She bought both properties on September 5, 2019, and paid $340,000 for the 3,228-square-foot space and $198,000 for the 1,398-square-foot space.
