RHORI's Rosie Woods Addresses Plastic Surgery Speculation: 'Never Gone Under the Knife'

Rosie Woods DiMare, a prominent figure on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, recently took to Instagram to address rampant speculation regarding her cosmetic procedures.

DiMare, 35, emphatically stated that she has “never” undergone surgery.

In her Instagram Story post, DiMare shared, “Lots of questions about the work I get done so here it is.”

She revealed that she utilizes Botox extensively, stating, “If there’s a spot on my face that we can freeze... I do it.”

She described her Botox treatments as targeting “odd places,” including “jelly rolls under my eyes” and a “Nefertiti neck lift.”

In addition to Botox, DiMare mentioned that she receives “one full syringe” of lip filler annually and has also experimented with chin and jaw filler in the past.

However, she clarified that the filler is “mostly metabolized at this point” and indicated no plans for further treatments.

DiMare also disclosed her recent use of cheek and temple filler, which she believes is necessary as her face ages.

“I got a little cheek/temple filler a few weeks ago because as I age my face is hollowing out,” she explained.

“But again just a little not very noticeable to [the] n----- eye,” she added.

Moreover, DiMare maintains a rigorous skincare routine, including monthly hydrafacials and a medical-grade skin care plan. She indicated her desire to explore new treatments in the future.

“IPL laser is great for dark spots. I plan to do my face and neck when I have a free week to recover,” she mentioned.

Additionally, DiMare expressed interest in micro-needling and Sculptra for collagen rebuilding.

DiMare also indicated that weight loss has played a role in her appearance.

“Big game changer was actually just losing baby fat in my face as I age,” she noted, adding that “the Ozempic does also help with that lol.”

In her closing remarks, DiMare expressed hope that her transparency would satisfy her curious followers.

“I hope that helps,” she stated.

In addition to her beauty revelations, DiMare has been at the center of drama on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island.

Recently, she and costar Kelsey Swanson were involved in a heated confrontation that nearly escalated into violence. Tensions had been brewing between the two women due to prior disagreements regarding a home renovation.

Swanson arrived at DiMare residence with a fake police siren, which DiMare found unacceptable.

During the RHORI after show, Swanson suggested that DiMare should learn to “take a joke.”

DiMare recounted her confusion over the situation, stating, “I couldn’t even wrap my head around this was happening.”
