The divorce filing against Sam Hunt has reportedly been withdrawn.
Hunt's pregnant wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, filed for divorce from the country star last week, accusing her husband of infidelity at the time — but it has now been revealed that she withdrew the complaint just hours later.
As reported by Us Weekly, Fowler originally filed on Friday, February 18, at 11:43 a.m., before filing a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit just hours later at 2:13 p.m. The nonsuit filing means Fowler is no longer requesting a divorce from the "Body Like a Back Road" singer — whom she has been married to for nearly five years.
According to the outlet, Fowler's decision was classified as "voluntary nonsuited without prejudice," meaning Tennessee state law would allow her to file for divorce again down the line, although she would not be able to withdraw the complaint a second time.
A judge reportedly has yet to sign off on the filing, which would officially dismiss the divorce. Neither Hunt nor Fowler has publicly commented on the situation.
News of the initial divorce filing broke earlier this week after it was revealed that the Alabama native cited infidelity as one of the reasons for their split.
In the legal documents, Fowler alleged the "Take Your Time" artist was "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct" and "adultery."
As OK! reported, the filing stated: "The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper."
In the initial complaint, Fowler was also seeking "transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony and alimony in the future," although it is still unclear what caused the withdrawal and whether she is planning to refile.
The complaint also revealed Fowler is pregnant with her estranged spouse's baby, who is expected to arrive sometime in May. The soon-to-be mama originally requested primary custody of the unborn child, as well as child support payments.
The news originally sparked an avalanche of outrage amongst Hunt's fans, causing some of his followers to take to his social media to condemn the country hitmaker for allegedly cheating on his pregnant wife.
