A Sweet Escape: Sandra Bullock's Stunning Two-Residence Georgia Compound Is On The Market For $4.1 Million — See The Gorgeous Interior
Hollywood star Sandra Bullock is saying goodbye to her beloved Georgia home.
With the help of realtor Ruthie Lynah Whitlow from Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty, the Miss Congeniality star sold her longtime beach house and guest house for a combined total of $4.175 million. She purchased the "two-residence compound" — which is located on the northern end of Tybee Island and is just a 20-minute drive from Savannah — in 2001 and 2002.
The twice ranked world's highest-paid actress' 3,360-square-foot main home sits on 1.6 private acres. The 2,848 square-foot "guest" house is just steps away from the main residence, as the two properties share gated access to a private sandy beach.
Bullock also owns a Beverly Hills, Calif., home, which she purchased for $16,190,000 in 2011, and another in New Orleans, La., which she purchased for $2,250,000 in 2009.
In addition, the brunette beauty has two units in the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood, Calif., and multiple properties in Austin, Texas.

Tucked away behind a fenced gate and lush greenery, Bullock's compound proves to be the ultimate sweet escape.
The front stairway to the four-bedroom, three-bath main house is flanked by expansive screened porches. Upon entering the home, the inviting crisp white walls and wood-plank floors offer a sense of tranquility, which is felt throughout the property.
The natural light that effortlessly seeps into the oversized living room — which also has a cathedral ceiling and fireplace — is the perfect place to gather with friends or cozy up with a book and cup of tea.
The charming-gourmet kitchen boasts Viking and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, a wine chiller, a large butler's pantry and easy access to the porch, which has serene views.
The new owner will easily be able to entertain while preparing a meal for guests in the open kitchen.

The tranquil master suite is located on the main floor. The oasis offers an expansive wall of closets and its own screened-in porch.
The master bathroom boasts a separate shower and clawfoot soaking tub, which comes with a view of the lush landscape.
The new owner can house guests for an extended period of time, given the abundance of space throughout the compound. The home also includes a recreational room, a"pajama lounge," a home gym and second screened-in porch, which is located on the second floor.
Enjoying a nice breakfast on the screened-in porch is the perfect way to start one's day.
Apart from hosting the best pool party ever, the new owners can entertain themselves with the half size basketball court and numerous tucked away spots for lounging around — both inside and outside.
Like we said, Bullock's former home is the perfect escape for a beach bum or city dweller who needs some fresh air.
