Scott Disick Reached Out To Amelia Hamlin 'A Few Times' After Their Split, Source Says
After Amelia Hamlin and Scott Disick went their separate ways earlier this month, the reality star is reportedly trying to salvage the romance.
The 38-year-old has reached out to the 20-year-old model "a few times," since they called it quits, a source told E! News. "He does miss her a lot and regrets what went down in their final days of the relationship," the insider added.
However, it seems to be too late. "Amelia is definitely done with him," the source said.
Last month, Disick reportedly sent Younes Bendjima a photo of Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian getting steamy. "Yo is this chick ok!????? Brooo like what is this. In the middle of Italy," the Flip It Like Disick alum reportedly messaged Bendjima. "Doesn’t matter to me as long as she’s happy. PS: I ain’t your bro," the male model shot back.
"[Amelia] was very embarrassed over that whole situation and Scott wasn't very remorseful. It's really hard to date Scott because he will never fully be over Kourtney," an insider told E! News about the DMs scandal.
On Wednesday, September 22, Hamlin posted a cryptic quote on her Instagram Story. "The longer you entertain what's not for you, the longer you postpone what is... Read that again," the quote read.
In the aftermath of the split, Hamlin's mom, Lisa Rinna, wants her daughter to date a movie star and not another reality star, according to an OK! insider.

"Lisa married a movie star, Harry Hamlin, and wants the same for her kids. Yes, she is on reality show and has great respect for reality stars, but that doesn’t mean she wants her daughter to date one," the insider explained.
According to the insider, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wasn't thrilled about the romance and hoped it would fizzle out.
"Lisa had to be careful. You don’t want to be too aggressive and push the love birds together, yet at the same time you want to exploit every opportunity you can to break them up. Scott messed up a lot but when it became clear he was still obsessed with his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, it was Lisa’s moment to strike," the insider said.
"At the moment things are very tricky. Lisa doesn’t want to say too much as there is a chance that Scott and Amelia will get back together. But at the same time, Lisa will make sure that Amelia gets introduced to some young up-and-coming movie stars as quickly as possible," the source added.
Kardashian and the self-proclaimed "Lord" dated on and off from 2006 until 2015. They share children, Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6.
