Scott Disick knows it can be hard Keeping Up with Tristan Thompson's alleged baby mama drama — and appeared to show Khloé Kardashian some love after his apparent third child was born last week.
On Sunday, December 5, the KUWTK alum took to her Instagram Story to show off the stunning bouquet of pink flowers Disick gifted her. "I love you @letthelordbewithyou thank you," Kardashian wrote on the snap with the prayer emoji.
While the Good American cofounder, 37, didn't specify why Kourtney Kardashian's ex sent her the sweet gesture, one can assume it had something to do with rumors that Thompson, 30, may be the father of a third child with his third baby mama.
As OK! reported, the NBA player's alleged baby mama Maralee Nichols welcomed son Theo on Friday, December 3, and gave the newborn Thompson's last name. While it hasn't been confirmed that the Sacramento Kings player is in fact the father — with Thompson demanding a paternity test be done — both he and Nichols acknowledged they had spent a night together earlier this year.
Theo was allegedly conceived back in March while celebrating Thompson's 30th birthday. The father of 3-year-old daughter True — who he shares with Kardashian — and 4-year-old son Prince, who he shares with ex Jordan Craig, insisted their night together in Texas was the only time the two had been intimate, but Nichols' attorney maintained their alleged fling actually began five months before his birthday festivities.
Nonetheless, the duo's fling took place while Thompson was still with on-again, off-again girlfriend Kardashian — who pulled the plug on their romance in July following numerous cheating claims. And while the reality star and athlete are no longer together, OK! learned Kardashian is determined to figure out what actually went down between her baby daddy and Nichols.

"[Khloé] wants to get to the bottom of it all and wants to give him the benefit of the doubt but here we are with yet another instance where Tristan is in the news for all the wrong reasons," spilled a source. "Khloé doesn’t know if she should be sad, happy, or indifferent right now. She hopes that it all isn’t true, and time will tell. But in the time being, she isn’t going to jump to conclusions until she has all available info."
The womanizer famously cheated on his second baby mama just days before she gave birth to their little girl. While the former flames managed to work through the rough patch, Thompson fumbled the ball again and kissed Kardashian-Jenner family friend Jordyn Woods. Despite breaking up after the scandal, Kardashian took her man back — but more cheating claims were then brought to light.
As OK! reported, Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed she and Thompson "hung out multiple times" — after the two reconciled in August 2020 — because he told her he wasn't with Kardashian anymore. Chase also described details of their intimate experience together, spilling on Adam22's "No Jumper" podcast in April that he had a "peek-a-boo d**k but baby it was good."
Nichols filed a child support lawsuit against Thompson in June, with the possible father-of-three filing his own lawsuit in July. In Thompson's filing, he requested that the case be heard in Texas — where Nichols moved from before planting roots in L.A. — with the hope of potentially having to pay less in child support, according to Nichols.
A hearing for Thompson’s suit is set to take place in April, while Nichols' case is still pending in California.
