Sharon Stone Reveals Robert De Niro Is the 'Best Kisser' in Hollywood as She Recalls Passionate Movie Scene

Sharon Stone isn’t shy about her admiration for Robert De Niro.

During the Wednesday, April 1, episode of “Radio Andy,” the actress, 68, dished on what it was like locking lips with the fellow Hollywood star.

“Oh my god. He’s the best kisser in the business,” gushed Stone, who smooched De Niro in the 1995 crime-thriller film Casino. “Kissed me right out of my shoes.”

Stone went on to detail what the passionate scene was like on set.

“I remember the day that we did this scene where I have to go to the bathroom and because I play this hustler, I get him to give me money to go to the bathroom,” she remembered. “And he gives me this money and I look at him like, like really I think a little more than a 50 for the bathroom. And he looks at me and he reaches in and he gives me like a 100 and then I lean over and I kiss him and he just really just knocked me out, right? And [director] Marty [Scorsese] cut and he looks at us and he goes, ‘I think we got it, but would you guys like another one?’ And we were both looked at him and went, ‘Yeah, I think I think maybe we need one more.’”

Amid her lust for De Niro, Stone is currently single, while the 82-year-old has been dating Tiffany Chen since approximately 2021.

Although Stone enjoyed kissing De Niro, it wasn’t always a positive experience for her on the set of Casino.

"Joey [Pesci] really, really fought for me to be seen and get the job. So I have a serious loyalty to Joey because he's always backed me. It was always Joey and Jimmy Caan. They backed me since I was 19," she shared in an August 2025 interview. "I always wanted to work with Bob."

De Niro and Stone auditioned together several times before winding up as costars.

“It was my dream to work with De Niro and hold my own," she expressed. "There's a scene in the movie where we're sitting across a table arguing, and he says to me, 'You're a good actress, you know that?' And I remember in that scene when he said it, how furious it made me because it was my dream to do it, and then he challenged me at the table."

She added, "I remember thinking, 'Oh, buddy. Not today, pal.' He knew every button to go for with me because he is the greatest observational actor. He can crawl under your skin and get in there."
