Former Disney Channel star Steven Anthony Lawrence surprised fans with his appearance on Rob Lowe’s game show The Floor.
This marked a significant moment over 20 years after he gained fame as “Beans” on the sitcom Even Stevens.

The 36-year-old actor competed in a recent episode of the FOX trivia series, aiming for a $250,000 prize.
Lawrence tackled the “Renaissance Faire” category, confidently expressing his readiness for the medieval-themed questions.
He informed host Lowe, “I’ve done a bunch of character roles in my life, so I’m feeling very knowledgeable in the category,” which elicited cheers from the audience.

During the episode, Lowe asked Lawrence about his favorite role throughout his career.
Lawrence responded, “Favorite was definitely Beans from ‘Even Stevens,’” prompting loud applause from the crowd.
Lawrence won the Renaissance-themed round but faced defeat in the Global News category later in the show.
His appearance on The Floor represents one of the actor’s most significant television moments in years.
Lawrence gained widespread recognition in the early 2000s for portraying Bernard “Beans” Aranguren, the eccentric neighbor of the Stevens family on Even Stevens.
The character quickly became a breakout personality on the show, which also starred Shia LaBeouf, Christy Carlson Romano and AJ Trauth.
Lawrence starred in 22 episodes and featured in The Even Stevens Movie before leaving the series in 2003.

He also appeared in popular family films, including Mike Myers’ The Cat in the Hat and the 2003 remake of Cheaper by the Dozen alongside Hilary Duff.
However, his most recent major studio film was the 2005 comedy Kicking & Screaming featuring Will Ferrell.
Earlier this year, Lawrence drew attention for a disturbing reason. He accused Universal Studios Hollywood of firing him in retaliation for reporting a “suspected p--------.”

In a January Instagram post, he shared a photo of his former work ID and name tag next to a Super Mario-themed costume.
He expressed disappointment, stating, “I delayed posting this for about a month because I was hoping we could find some sort of amicable solution because I absolutely loved performing and dancing with all you amazing people.”
He added, “It is with a heavy heart I have to announce that my time with Universal Studios has ended,” alleging that he was terminated for whistleblowing.

Universal Studios Hollywood denied the allegations.
A spokesperson stated, “We have investigated and reviewed the concerns brought forward by this former employee, and they were found to be inaccurate and without merit. We take all employee concerns seriously and have established processes for raising any concerns without fear of retaliation.”
