Kathy Griffin is living the life of luxury! The star — who underwent lung cancer surgery over the summer — snapped up this sprawling $8.8 million Malibu residence in 2020 after she sold her giant Bel Air mansion for $14 million according to Dirt.
The home, that sits above Malibu’s Point Dume, boasts five bedrooms and six and a half baths in about 8,200 square feet along with panoramic views of the gorgeous Pacific Ocean.
The unique home was designed by Swiss architect Roger Kurath features a muscular and gleaming white stucco framework with large glass windows surrounding all sides of the house.
The actress spent much of her time staying at the beautiful ocean front home as she hung out with her pups while she recovered from cancer surgery in August.

The property comes equipped with a great room that surrounds three sides of a courtyard patio. The home also includes multiple lounge areas, a linear fireplace, office, dining area, as well as a minimalist kitchen.
The spacious home also comes equipped with a media lounge and games room with wet bar, a climate-controlled wine cellar on display behind a sheet of glass, a fitness studio and a plush screening room complete with tiered seating and state-of-the-art equipment.

Griffin bravely revealed in August that recovering from surgery was a battle for her. "To be honest, this cancer surgery was a little more than I had anticipated," the comedian stated on Instagram. "Tonight will be my first night without my narcotic pain killers. Hello, Tylenol, my new best friend!"
