Former 'Teen Mom 2' Star Javi Marroquin Filed Restraining Order On Ex-Fiancée Lauren Comeau, Only To Drop It: Report
Former Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin recently filed a restraining order against ex-fiancée Lauren Comeau, only to drop his request the following day.
According to court documents obtained by The Sun, the 28-year-old — who was previously married to Kailyn Lowry, with whom he shares 7-year-old Lincoln — filed a protection from abuse from Comeau, 29. He reportedly also requested temporary custody of their son Eli, 2.
The court documents state that Javi claimed Comeau “assaulted me in front of our children" and that he was concerned "she will come to my house and assault me again and/or try to take our son."
The former TV personality also claimed in the court docs that his ex “has assaulted me on multiple occasions and due to my career I want to protect my job and kids."
“[During a] verbal argument she closed fist punched me several times," he continued. "She snatched my gold chain off my neck. Our 2 year old son was present and witnessed."

Though the outlet reported that the restraining order was granted, Marroquin filed to dismiss the petition on Tuesday, June 22, stating, “I no longer feel threatened by my son’s mother. I believe we can handle any altercation that arises.”
The alleged incident seemingly occurred days after the former couple were seen enjoying a day at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida.
Marroquin and Comeau — who had previously split in 2019 after she allegedly caught him with another woman naked — pulled the plug on their relationship in January after three years together. At the time, Comeau accused Marroquin of cheating on him with Lowry, 29, in a since-deleted Instagram video. “I have dealt with my fair share of betrayal and pain my whole life, but what I learned today, what I found out today — from the kids none the less — just makes me feel like the last three years, they’ve just been waiting for this to happen,” the Arbonne rep said at the time. In August of that year, the cops were called after Marroquin and Comeau got into an explosive fight.
Lowry — who shares Issac, 11, with ex Jo Rivera, and Lux, 3, and 10-month-old Creed with Chris Lopez — alleged in an October 2020 episode of the MTV reality series that Marroquin tried to “f**k her” in a “WaWa parking lot” while Comeau was home with their son. The Coffee Convos cohost later apologized to Comeau for her remarks. “She didn’t deserve the humiliation she was put through due to a situation between Javi & me,” Lowry tweeted at the time. “I’ve been in her shoes and I’ve felt that pain, however have never experienced that being exploited on TV.”
