'The Real Housewives Of Dubai' Is Coming In 2022, Marks The First International Series In The Real Housewives Franchise
The Real Housewives of Dubai is coming to Bravo.
The network announced on Monday, November 1, that the upcoming series got the green light, and is set to premiere in 2022. The expansion makes the upcoming series the first international locale of the famed franchise.
"Everything’s bigger in Dubai," executive producer and host Andy Cohen said in a press release, "and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international ‘Housewives’ series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides."
Similar to the other eleven Bravo Housewives series, the show will follow a group of ultra-wealthy women as they navigate their relationships, careers and lavish lifestyles. With United Arab Emirates as their backdrop, "this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene," the press release read.
From building their own empires to hosting exquisite parties on a private island — which they would, of course, get to via their private planes — Real Housewives fans will be introduced to a whole new crew of successful housewives who are ready to "serve up scorching hot drama and unexpected twists," the release promised.

Bravo has yet to reveal the cast, but teased the show with a trailer, posted to Instagram. "Life isn't all Dubai and rosé...but it should be," the caption read, "😉 Pack your bags for Bravo's first original international Housewives franchise! The Real Housewives of Dubai takes off in 2022 🌴 ✈️ 🇦🇪."
While The Real Housewives of Dubai marks Bravo's first international series in the franchise, other networks have created their own "Real Housewives" series in abroad locations such as Johannesburg, Athens, Melbourne and Israel.
News of the latest franchise installment comes after NBC’s streaming service, Peacock, announced The Real Housewives of Miami will be retuning for a fourth season. RHOM is set to premiere in December, with Alexia Echevarria, Lisa Hochstein and Larsa Pippen making a return.
In addition, newcomers Guerdy Abraira, Dr. Nicole Martin and Julia Lemigova (the first LGBTQIA+ housewife to join or be casted in franchise history) will join the ladies to spice up the drama-filled series.
