Not so fast!
Tiger Woods has one major condition before getting down on one knee for girlfriend Erica Herman, a new report reveals.
The pro golfer — who is believed to be worth $800 million — apparently won't be popping the question without a prenuptial agreement in place.

The 46-year-old athlete has been dating Herman, 37, since 2017, and while they are speculated to be heading towards marriage, Woods is making sure all of his assets are protected first.
"Tiger won't wed without legal paperwork to protect his finances and assets," a source spilled to Star. "He's been burned before and doesn't want to get taken to the cleaners again."
According to the outlet, Woods shelled out $100 million as a result of his divorce from ex-wife Elin Nordegren, whom he divorced in 2010. (The former spouses share two children: daughter Sam, 14, and son Charlie, 13, who has also turned into quite the golfer, much like his famous father.)
Woods has seemingly learned from his mistakes, and won't be saying any vows until a prenup is signed, even if Herman tries pushing back.

"Erica is okay with making a deal but not if it leaves her high and dry, so she's digging in hard for the best terms," the insider added. "She feels he owes it to her."
Herman, who began dating the record-breaking golfer after working as a manager at his restaurant, The Woods, in Jupiter, Fla., never left her beau's side after his near-fatal car crash in 2021.
"The way Erica sees it, she's proven that she's not a gold digger," the source continued. "She deserves a little security should things not work out."
As OK! previously reported, Woods' near-death experience helped him appreciate the people in his life, especially Herman.
"Three months in the hospital, multiple surgeries and all that excruciating therapy has made him realize how lucky he is to be here," an insider previously dished. "Tiger is in such a great place and credits Erica for keeping him strong and happy."
