Wynonna Judd's pregnant imprisoned daughter, Grace Kelley, was turned down after requesting a temporary release to give birth to her second child.
Kelley is serving a 15-month sentence after pleading guilty to driving with a suspended or revoked license, a felony charge.
Grace Kelley Will Give Birth in Custody

Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Kelley, was denied a temporary release from prison to give birth.
According to court documents, on July 2, Kelley's attorney requested she be temporarily released to give birth "on or around August 16," but the judge denied the bid.
Instead, Kelley, 30, will have to remain behind bars in Rockingham County Jail in Harrisonburg, Va., but will be brought to a hospital for a scheduled c-section.
As of the time of publication, it's unclear if Kelley has given birth.
She's expected to be released from prison in November and will then have five years of probation.

The country star has custody of her granddaughter Kaliyah, 4.
Kelley finds herself in a familiar situation, as she was also in jail when she gave birth to daughter Kaliyah in 2022 — however, on that occasion, she was granted a temporary release from prison.
Kaliyah, 4, lives with Judd in Tennessee. The family has "no contact" with Kelley, who receives no "support from that side of the family," court papers revealed.

Grace Kelley Slams Mom Wynonna Judd for Hiding Abuse

Wynonna Judd's daughter claimed the singer ignored her ex-husband's abuse.
The country star and Kelley have been at odds for years, with the latter claiming her mom turned a blind eye to the abuse she endured from her ex-stepfather, D.R. Roach.
“When they found out in counseling what he had done to me, they’re like, ‘Wait a minute. We’re going to report this to law enforcement,’” Kelley explained in an interview, referring to counselors who wanted to report the abuse to authorities.
She alleged Judd didn't divorce Roach until he was arrested. In 2007, he plead guilty to aggravated sexual battery.
'She Was Never a Mother'

Wynonna Judd has been married three times.
"So is my mom rich? Yeah, she’s so rich that she was able to sweep me under the rug and abuse me and then cover it all up," she continued. "I don’t want to talk bad about my mom, but we’ll just say she’s a good performer. She was never a mother."
Judd shares Grace and son Elijah Kelley with her first ex-husband, Arch Kelley III, whom she was married to from 1996 to 1998. The star was wed to Roach from 2003 to 2007.
In 2012, the musician tied the knot with Cactus Moser.
