Save your lies for your pillow! Abby Lee Miller resigned from her position at the Abby Lee Dance Company on this week’s Dance Moms amid her fraud charges. But Abby was caught in her lie when she was recently spotted filming the show!
On the January 27th episode, the 49-year-old sent an e-mail to the mothers explaining how she is resigning. But RadarOnline.com reported how the dance teacher was spotted filming last weekend in Las Vegas!
The website obtained court papers that revealed she filed a motion to travel from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on January 22 through January 25 for work.

On January 23, a Special Edition competition look place in Las Vegas. Sheer Talent’s website read, “Experience a day with the cast of Dance Moms shooting a new episode for seasons six!”
Abby plead not guilty on November 2, 2015 to 20 counts of fraud. If she’s found guilty, she could face up to five years behind bars and a $5 million fine.
