“My hair is in rollers, I don’t have a bra on and I have huge legal issues going on,” the 49-year-old said in tears, as the stress of her legal battle is clearly taking a toll on her well-being.

The Lifetime star was indicted on 20 counts of fraud on October 14 for allegedly hiding over $755,000 in secret bank accounts. She hid her income from merchandise sales, Masterclass studio sessions and Dance Moms from 2012 to 2013.

But Abby isn’t letting her legal troubles affect her controversial teaching, as the mothers – as always – disagree with the way Abby is running her studio! “She doesn’t want to mess with me right now,” show veteran Melissa Gisoni said. “I know so much stuff.”

It also seems there is a cast shakeup this season – and Jill Vertes isn’t happy about it! “You never trained that kid, you never taught her a god damn thing,” she said about a new student, who was brought to tears.

And Abby’s freedom isn’t the only thing she may lose, as Holly Frazier tries to rally the mothers to leave the ALDC. “If Abby is not prepared, there is a studio that wants us,” she said.
