According to Deadline Hollywood, the dance teacher posted a $10,000 bond while in a Pittsburgh federal court.

She was indicted on 20 counts of fraud on October 14 for allegedly hiding over $755,000 in secret bank accounts. The Lifetime star filed a petition to have her dance studio reorganized in 2010 and hide her income from merchandise sales, Masterclass studio sessions and Dance Moms from 2012 to 2013.

When the 50-year-old was asked to comment on the charges following the arraignment, Abby responded, “I didn’t have my hair done.” She even used the opportunity to promote Dance Moms. “Season 6 jackets are on sale on the website Wednesday.”
