Abby Lee Miller Pleads Not Guilty To Bankruptcy Fraud – Find Out The Dance Moms Star’s First Comment On The Charges!

Innocent until proven guilty! Abby Lee Miller pleaded not guilty during her arraignment for bankruptcy fraud on November 2. After staying silent on the charges, the Dance Moms star finally opened up for the first time following her court appearance.
According to Deadline Hollywood, the dance teacher posted a $10,000 bond while in a Pittsburgh federal court.
She was indicted on 20 counts of fraud on October 14 for allegedly hiding over $755,000 in secret bank accounts. The Lifetime star filed a petition to have her dance studio reorganized in 2010 and hide her income from merchandise sales, Masterclass studio sessions and Dance Moms from 2012 to 2013.

When the 50-year-old was asked to comment on the charges following the arraignment, Abby responded, “I didn’t have my hair done.” She even used the opportunity to promote Dance Moms. “Season 6 jackets are on sale on the website Wednesday.”
If convicted, Abby could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each of the 20 counts.
