Abby Lee Miller will be forced to pirouette off the dance floor and into prison if she’s convicted of 20 counts of fraud. Although the Dance Moms star is the one scaring her students on the Lifetime show, she’s the one shaking in her dance shoes now!

“Abby is freaking out,” a source told Star. “She never thought this could happen to her. She acts tough on-air, but in real life she’s as scared as anyone else would be.”

The dance teacher’s arraignment has been set for November 5 in Pittsburgh, but she has yet to enter a plea of innocent or guilty. “She could lose everything,” the insider revealed. “She’s been crying and saying she doesn’t want to be the next Teresa Giudice, but that’s certainty what it looks like right now.”

The reality star was indicted on 20 counts of fraud on October 13. She filed for bankruptcy in 2010 and then lied about her income from 2012 to 2013 by hiding her money in secret accounts. She has been charged with concealment of bankruptcy assets, false bankruptcy declarations and bankruptcy fraud.

If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The 50-year-old was busted when her bankruptcy judge came across her Dance Moms spinoff, Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. The judge said in a court document, “I realized that there’s an awful a lot of money coming into this plan, this case, and it hasn’t been disclosed.”
