Adam Lind has vowed to have custody of his daughter with Chelsea Houska – but it’s for all the wrong reasons! Although the Teen Mom 2 star revealed that he’s taking his ex-girlfriend to court again, Adam hasn’t made a move yet!
“Adam hasn’t filed papers or anything,” a source told RadarOnline. “Chelsea still has full custody, and Adam has visits every other weekend, like it’s always been.”
In March, Adam filed for 50/50 custody of the 6-year-old. The judge rejected Adam’s proposal and agreed to re-open the case in six months. When the case reached the six-month mark, Adam didn’t make any effort to bring his ex back to court.
“Adam is just saying he wants custody again for attention,” the insider said. “He wants to look like a good dad to fans.”
The personal trainer was even busted lying about having custody of his youngest daughter Paislee with ex-girlfriend Taylor Halbur. “He doesn’t have 50/50 or full custody,” the source said. “Adam just thinks that visitation is custody in some sort of form.”
