Amber Portwood And Her Brother, Shawn, On What Teen Mom Fans Can Learn From Their Dad's Death
It’s been less than a week since Amber Portwood’s father, Shawn Portwood, passed away after liver surgery. The support has been pouring in from Teen Mom fans for Amber and her older brother, Shawn Portwood Jr., and now, the brother/sister duo have taken to Twitter to share their thanks—as well as let us know what we can learn from their dad’s untimely death.
In a series of tweets sent out by Amber’s brother, Shawn, he explains how his father’s death was not in vain. He goes on to say that we can all learn a thing or two about addiction and that his dad’s death can teach people to take care of themselves so they don’t have to be in pain and suffer like he did.
Shawn sent out almost a half dozen tweets about the "lesson" to be learned from his father's death.
