Katy Perry couldn’t attend the American Music Awards on Sunday night because she was over in Australia for her Prismatic World Tour, but you bet that the pop star would instead attend Aussie’s annual music awards, the ARIAs! Katy was representing for the American pop music scene at the show, rocking a see-through two piece skirt and halter top.
And even though Katy didn’t win any awards herself, she accepted the night’s biggest honor—Album of the Year—on behalf of Australian singer, Sia. We guess people in AU are as obsessed with Sia’s new Eminem collab, “Guts Over Fear,” as we are in the US!
5 Seconds of Summer, who must’ve felt right at home in their hometown of Sydney, also won big at the ARIA Awards, not to mention looked amazing on the red carpet.
The guys took home the Song of the Year award for “She Looks So Perfect,” which they also happened to perform at the very beginning of the show!

And moving right along to another boy band, British boys One Direction also looked quite dapper at the ARIAS. Perhaps they were extra happy after getting the news that their fourth album, Four, just hit #1 on the charts?
And we needed to give special attention to Harry Styles, because just look at him.
Harry, along with Niall, Zayn, Louis, and Liam, snagged the Best International Act award for the third year in a row. Congrats to all!
