Ariel Winter is continuing to take care of her mind and body. The Modern Family actress was spotted hitting up the gym in Los Angeles days after speaking candidly about her mental health and recent rapid weight loss.
The 21-year-old kept her outfit cool and casual. She wore a black mesh jacket over a sports bra and pulled on a pair of hot pink leggings for a pop of color.
On Tuesday, April 9, during a Q&A session on her Instagram story, Ariel spoke candidly about her journey to mental and physical wellness.
After a fan asked why she was “so thin,” the California native explained that a recent change in antidepressant medications helped kick-start her metabolism.

“The change in medication instantly made me drop all of the weight I couldn’t lose before,” she wrote.
“It’s nice to work out and have your body actually respond,” she added. “But I want to gain a few pounds of muscle and get healthier. Also I want my butt back….”
