Ben Affleck has returned to rehab. According to Us Weekly, the actor is continuing treatment for alcohol and substance abuse.

“Ben’s main priorities have never wavered,” a source close to the 45-year-old actor told the mag. “He’s focused on his family and spending time with his girlfriend Lindsay Shookus. Dealing with this disease is something he’ll have to work on for the rest of his life and he remains focused on it.”

The Oscar-winner was spotted leaving a treatment center in Los Angeles on Thursday. According to reports, Ben left the alleged residential rehab facility to visit a Buddhist center and returned hours later.

Two women were also spotted accompanying the father-of-three. One of which was reportedly his sober coach.

Ben has battled alcohol addiction for years. He first sought treatment in 2001 and again earlier this year. “I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be,” he wrote in a Facebook post, back in March, referencing his three children — Violet, 12, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5 — whom he shares with his estranged wife, Jennifer Garner.“I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step.”

However, Ben entered into another rehab program in late September, after reaching “a breaking point,” said a Us Weekly source. After completing the 30-day program, Ben sought outpatient treatment.
