Ben Higgins Will Be The Next Bachelor: Report

Ben Higgins’ quest for love didn’t end once his stint on The Bachelorette did! The 26-year-old has reportedly been chosen to hand out the roses next season.

E! News reported that the third runner up to Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season is going to star on the show’s 20th season. Although a contract hasn’t been finalized just yet, he’s “pretty much a lock.”

While Ben didn’t confirm the news during an interview at the Men Tell All special, he did hint that becoming The Bachelor is definitely a possibility! "Doing this experience, you come in skeptical and you walk out of the experience, I did at least, realizing it's a very real thing," he told E!. "True emotions do evolve and it does give you the opportunity to meet somebody that you could potentially spend the rest of your life with."

But although he had a “great experience on the show,” he admitted that he would have to think seriously about his decision to become the next Bachelor. “I have a good life,” he said. "I have a job that is steady, I have a house in Denver and I have a great family...I think if the offer was on the table, there'd be things I'd have to consider and seriously consider those things."
