Bethenny Frankel has finally opened up about the passing of her ex-boyfriend Dennis Shields, where The Real Housewives of New York City star has revealed how truly painful the ordeal has been for her.
Dennis, who had an on-again/off-again relationship with Bethenny for years, was found dead of an alleged drug overdose inside Trump Tower earlier this month.
A friend of the Skinnygirl founder revealed that he actually proposed to her months before his passing.
His death has been incredibly tough for Bethenny, as she was seen breaking down at his funeral on August 13th.

She thanked her millions of fans for their support last weekend in a very simple post on her Instagram. That all changed on Sunday morning, where she got real about how she's dealing with things after his death.
"It’s hard to breathe & I appreciate you giving me the space & support to try to do so," she tweeted. "It’s excruciating-sudden death is no closure & constant ?s & memories. Our relationship is current so it’s painfully raw. Trying to stay healthy & move through it w tears & close friends. Xo."
