Bethenny Frankel wants fans to know her story. The Real Housewives of New York City star is reportedly planning on writing a tell-all book inspired by the sudden death of her boyfriend Dennis Shields.

An insider told RadarOnline.com that the Skinnygirl mogul is in talks to write an autobiography featuring details about past relationships, her estranged mother, and her father’s death.

“Dennis was a huge wakeup call for her,” the source told the site.

“She just wants to lay it all out there and let people know what she’s had to overcome to get to where she is today,” the insider explained.

According to the source, “It will be the first book that really delves into Bethenny’s personal life.”

Before announcing her plans for the book, Bethenny is reportedly waiting for her custody battle with ex Jason Hoppy to be settled. Bethenny’s ex-husband alleges their 8-year-old daughter Bryn was at risk being around Dennis, who died of a drug overdose on August 10.
