Should Blue Ivy be expecting a sibling soon? Beyonce looked like she was hiding a lot more than usual as she covered up while leaving dinner with Jay Z.

She and the rapper were seen leaving the back door of Son-of-a-Gun Restaurant in Los Angeles, CA, and Beyonce looked a lot more full in the stomach area.

It didn’t help that she was wearing a large green jacket, which she made sure to hold tightly together as she left the establishment.

If she is pregnant, that would be the ultimate gift for Blue, who just celebrated turning four years old earlier this month.

And Jay Z would certainly be happy, as he previously noted during a Hot 97 radio interview that he wants to expand his family with Queen Bey, and have "a little basketball team."
