Beyonce and Jay Z may have just given another hint that they’re set to divorce: The power couple have finalized a post-nuptial agreement to divvy their combined $1 billion fortune!
RadarOnline.com reported that Bey, 34, and Jay, 46, have gone through all their assets since they wed in 2008 and how they will split it “in the case of divorce.”
“They have a pre-nuptial agreement already in place, but so much has happened in terms of their empire that it’s needed updating for some time,” the source told Radar. “When they went through their roughest period last year, they both agreed it was time to re-clarify certain aspects of their agreement, but it’s taken months to go through all their assets with a fine-tooth comb.”

The hip-hop mega duo have even worked out a 50-50 custody plan for Blue Ivy, 4, and any future children as well as divided up their properties.
Life & Style reported last month that Bey and Jay have “discussed divorce” because they “are constantly down each other’s throats.”
