Why Jay Z And Beyonce Are No Longer Living In The Same Home
Billion-dollar couple Beyonce and Jay Z have been renting a $150,000 per month mansion in Los Angeles, but they’ve been kicked to the curb and are no longer in the same home.
According to reports, their Holmby Hills rental home was sold for its current listing price, a cool $35.5 million.
The close period for the LA mansion is 60 days, and since it wasn’t purchased by Jay or Bey, they will have to move out in two months or less.

Back in February, Blue Ivy’s parents were house hunting but had such a difficult time finding their humble abode that they settled on the $150,000 a month property as a temporary living space.
