Big Ang made her first red carpet appearance since undergoing surgery in April to remove a lemon-sized tumor from her throat – and she looked better than ever! The Mob Wives star exclusively opened up to OKmagazine.com at OK! magazine’s So Sexy party in New York City on April 13 to discuss the terrifying ordeal.

“It’s getting better every day,” she told OKMagazine.com of her throat. “It was a huge setback, but I’ll be okay.”

The reality star turned heads when she debuted her new look, which included blonde hair! “I just needed a change,” she said of the dyed tresses. “Now no one could get me confused with Renee Graziano!"

Big Ang also showed off a slimmer figure in a leather jacket with matching pants. She explained that she lost weight from “being sick.”
