New details have emerged in the lawsuit against Nick Gordon over the death of his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown, with RadarOnline.com reporting that Gordon has admitted video evidence may exist in the case!
Gordon revealed the information about the video in a legal response he provided to the lawsuit filed against him by Bobbi Kris’ conservator. The updated documents were filed on Sept. 8 in Georgia’s Superior Court of Fulton County. In them, Gordon said that the lawsuit’s claims that he beat and drugged Bobbi Kris are “frivolous” and “untrue.”
However, he did say that the two fought on the morning she was found unresponsive in a tub full of water.
Gordon explained that upon getting back home after their night out, “he reviewed video footage and then had an argument with Ms. Brown, and he then changed clothes.” But speaking to RadarOnline.com, private investigator and former NYPD homicide detective Bo Dietl said he was surprised Gordon’s legal team mentioned him changing his clothes.

“That sounds very strange — the part about changing clothes,” Dietl said. “Obviously, the reason could have been the blood splatter on his clothes when she got her tooth knocked out — that could be a reason to change your clothes.” He added that the video footage mentioned by Gordon is also an interesting point since it hints that the home could possibly have had video surveillance equipment!
“If they had these cameras going, they may have actually captured video of him assaulting her!” Dietl said.
Gordon has remained mum on the lawsuit, however his legal team has denied that he killed or beat his girlfriend. And his take on the events that led to the near-drowning and hospitalization of his late girlfriend were only first revealed in full in the new documents filed by his legal team.
