Briana did an Instagram Q & A and dropped the bombshell.
"If you ever have a boy what will you name him?" a fan asked the mother of two.
She replied, "Astro."
In an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com, Briana opened up about wanting to welcome more kids, plus getting married!
"Yeah, I think that's every girl's dream, white picket fence, white dress, married, family, kids," she said. "Yeah, I do...but not right now!"
She added that her 2-year-old daughter, Stella, is "a lot to deal with!"
Briana welcomed Stella with her ex, Luis, in July 2017.

The MTV star is also the mother to her daughter, Nova, 9, with her ex-boyfriend, Devoin Austin.
This isn't the first time that Briana gushed over welcoming baby number three! On Thursday, May 16th, Briana, 24, couldn't stop tweeting about her daughters' personalities.
"I can’t ever be mad at Stella lol her eyes can tell you a whole story about how she’s feeling and when she smiles at me.. my heart melts. She’s truly a gift minus the tantrums," she wrote."And it’s so weird because Nova was the greatest baby ever. I don’t remember not one tantrum. My Nova is so soft and gentle and my Stella is a whole firecracker!"
In another tweet, Briana wrote, "Love my kids to death and I can’t wait to have another one. I feel like one more will complete the pack!"
In July 2018, she admitted she's hoping for a boy and tweeted, "Need a little boy and I’m set lol."
Recently, Briana and her boyfriend, John, called it quits so it seems her plans to wed will be put on hold! It was reported in August 2019 that after a year of dating, the two went going their separate ways. “To be perfectly frank, I did not plan on addressing my personal life and what was going on in it whatsoever publicly at this time,” she told Us Weekly. “I decided it was best to take matters into my own hands and just address the truth head on.”
“I realized I wasn’t happy, had too much on my plate and needed to stay focused on all the things going on in my life including my kids, my new spa, filming Teen Mom 2, my other job and my family,” she added.
