After Bristol Palin and pro Mark Ballas stirred things up with a sexy, shirt-tearing rumba on Monday night on Dancing With the Stars — with her parents Sarah and Todd Palin in the audience, no less — it seems the good mood lasted even after the show! The dance partners headed to Mint bar in Hollywood to celebrate, and this time, Mark kept his shirt on.
