Britney Spears is getting everything done and being quite efficient about it! Just yesterday in West Hollywood she not only hit up the dance studio to practice her moves (for the Grammys, we hope!) but she also visited a nail salon, got her extensions tweaked and changed into a dress while there.

Brit's had a busy week, as her new single "Hold It Against Me" hit the top of the charts on the day of its release on Tuesday.
