But an insider told OK! that the British heartthrob is now begging Selena, who is 23, to put him out of his misery and stop with the teasing for once and for all—especially since her flirting ruined his relationship with Chloe!
“He was smitten with Selena even while he was dating Chloe, which was one of the reasons they broke up,” the insider said.

So why did she break his heart? The source said while Selena was “flattered” with his crush, she was just “not convinced” it could work between the two of them, though they did hang out as just friends at New York Fashion Week on Sept. 11.
“She says Brooklyn’s sweet and all, but he’s just too young for her,” the insider revealed. “In a few years time that could change, but for now she only sees him as a friend – and it’s breaking his heart!”
