Caught in the act! Bruce Jenner was busted talking on his cell phone while driving just days after being involved in a deadly car crash that left one dead.
The former Olympian, who will share his transformation into a woman with the world in the near future, was wearing a baseball cap while chatting on his phone behind the wheel.
The 65-year-old was spotted driving a Ford Fiesta in Thousand Oaks, California after crashing his Escalade on Feb. 7.
In California, it is illegal to use a mobile device while driving unless calling emergency services.

Bruce was involved in a car crash over the weekend on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu that left one person dead and five injured.
