Caitlyn Jenner is facing another controversy. She may be charged with vehicular manslaughter as soon as next week regarding the fatal car crash she was involved with in February in Malibu, California.

The lead detective on the case has turned over the results of the investigation to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. They will make their recommendation regarding the crime.

The maximum sentence in jail for vehicular manslaughter is one year.
