The upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New York City is sure to be full of drama, which will no doubt include the cast’s recent Colombian “cruise from hell.” Turns out, some of the cast brought home something that they really didn’t want from that adventure, as Carole Radziwill revealed she and some of the others caught a parasite while there. Eww. Click through for all the details.
Season 10 of RHONY will no doubt be one of the show’s most dramatic yet. The recently released trailer showed someone calling Luann De Lesseps a "convict," Dorinda Medley being called out for have a drinking problem, and so much more.
Something that will more than likely be discussed was their “cruise from hell” in Cartegena, Columbia, which found the girls on an incredibly faulty boat that caught fire, where insiders told Page Six that they became “hysterical” and thought “they were going to die.”
Most recently, Carole spoke to Page Six TV ahead of the season 10 premiere and revealed that some of the cast members (including herself) became ill from a parasite after their "cruise from hell."

“We all ate something that did not agree with us,” she explained. “I think it was a fish because Bethenny Frankel and Tinsley Mortimer are actually allergic to fish and they didn’t eat the fish, and the rest of us did and we all did come home with a parasite.”
Something that will be a major storyline this season will be the fractured relationship between Bethenny and Carole, where insiders claimed to Us Weekly that the latter’s budding friendship with Tinsley is to blame.
“Our friendship isn’t over, it’s just not what it was. I’m sort of an idealistic person and I sometimes view people idealistically, when I meet them, and now I just see her a little bit more realistically,” she said. “I think there were some things that were said that I heard that she had said, that I didn’t think were consistent with someone who was a good friend, and the person I knew her to be. I talked to her about it, and she doesn’t like to be confronted so I don’t know how well it went.”
