Earlier in the week, Catelynn, her fiance, Tyler Baltierra, and baby Nova went out for lunch with their adoption counselor, Dawn Baker. "Birthday lunch with @CatelynnLowell 23! Love spending time with she & @TylerBaltierra & #NovaleeReign #lifechangers," Dawn wrote along with this Twit Pic. Of course, Nova's face is purposely blurry. Wah.
Dawn was also the first to wish Cate a happy 23rd on social media. "You are the queen for the day!," she wrote along with Catelynn's official portrait for the new season of the show.

And although she did not mention her birthday in this #TBT, Cate shared an adorable photo of her and dad from the early 90's. "Throwback thursday my dad and I @davidlowell love you so much!," she wrote.
Catelynn's dad shared the same photo on his Instagram page, along with another adorable throwback pic. But more importantly—cake! "Love you kiddo! Xoxo," David captioned this photo of her birthday treat.

23 is already shaping up to be pretty great for Catelynn. For one, she'll return to MTV when Teen Mom OG premieres on March 23. Secondly, she and Tyler have gotten an amazing response from fans for their memoir, Conquering Chaos, which came out last week. And three—duh! She's a mom now!
