Year In Review: The 22 Biggest Pregnancy Reveals of 2014

At the top of the year, Christina Aguilera revealed via Instagram that she and her fiance, Matt Rutler, were pregnant. Christina gave birth to their daughter Summer in August, and she’ll return to The Voice next year after taking season 7 off for maternity leave.

Then in March, That 70’s Show fans just about died with the news of Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher’s impending parenthood. OK! was the first to break the pregnancy news, which broke just weeks after the two confirmed their engagement! Wyatt Isabelle was born in September.

Also in March, Scarlett Johansson debuted her baby bump. ScarJo and now husband Romain Dauriac were very secretive about their pregnancy, but there was no denying the fact that Rose Dorothy was born in September!

No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, everyone was excited to find out that former President Bill Clinton was about to become a grandfather. News broke of Chelsea Clinton’s pregnancy in April, and she and hubby Marc Mezvinsky debuted Charlotte to the world in September in the most William and Kate way possible.

What a year for Snooki! The reality star announced in April that she was pregnant with her and Jionni LaValle‘s second child. Giovanna Marie was born in September, and the couple got married two months later!

In May, the Hollywood baby boom of summer 2014 began with news that Hayden Panettierre was expecting her first child with fiance Wladimir Klitschko. Hayden had their little girl, Kaya, just last week.

That same month, word got out about another Hayden who was going to become a first-time parent. Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen welcomed their little princess, Briar Rose, in November.

News broke in June that Kourtney Kardashian had another bun in the oven, and it became harder and harder for her to conceal that teeny bump since at the time she and Khloe had just started filming Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons. The biggest Kardashian pregnancy news though was the fact that she posed naked while pregnant! Baby Boy Disick was born last week, but we’re still waiting to find out his name.

Zoe Saldana had not one but two babies in that tiny little frame of hers! Though she still hasn’t confirmed the birth of her sons, Zoe couldn’t hide her pregnancy any longer circa July, when she was doing tons of press for Guardians of the Galaxy.

Kelly Rowland shared her pregnancy news in June by posting a photo of little baby Air Jordans on her Instagram page. Kelly then shared the news of Titan’s birth via an official statement in November.

Also in July, we got the double whammy of news that Nick and Vanessa Lachey are expecting their second child, a girl! Their two-year-old son, Camden, will become a big brother in January.

Eva Mendes—who was an expert at disguising her baby bump—didn’t confirm that she had a baby until after little Esmeralda was born in September, but OK! was the first to break the news in July that Ryan Gosling was headed to fatherhood. Sorry, girls. We’re still not over it either.

19 Kids & Counting‘s Jill Duggar announced her baby news in August, barely two months after she married Derick Dillard. Baby Boy Dillard will be born (and on our TV screens) in March.

And from one reality star to another, Catelynn Lowell delighted the Teen Mom community in August when she and Tyler Baltierra confirmed that they were pregnant. We’ve been stalking her , but we’ll follow the birth of their baby and her first few months on the new season of Teen Mom when it debuts early next year!

On Labor Day, Carrie Underwood used a photo of her pups to break the news that the dogs were going to have a little brother or sister. Baby Boy Fisher will be here in the spring!

September 8 was the best day of 2014, because it was the day on which the Palace officially announced Kate Middleton's second pregnancy! Prince George will welcome his little royal sibling sometime in April.

October was an exciting month, because that’s when the world found out that two of Hollywood’s most gorgeous stars would be parents to what will most likely be the world’s most gorgeous baby. Blake Lively announced her pregnancy on her website, Preserve, and since then has given us hardcore pregnancy envy, never mind baby daddy envy, too.

While we still aren’t sure if Hilary Duff is getting back together with her estranged husband, Mike Comrie, we do know what’s up with her older sister Haylie Duff—she’s preggers! In December, Haylie revealed via Instagram that she’s expecting a baby girl with her (hot!) fiance, Matt Rosenberg.

And you didn’t think the year would end with just one Duggar pregnancy announcement, did you?! Anna and Josh Duggar not-so-surprisingly revealed that they were expecting their fourth child in December via a video message on TLC’s website. 

Just in time for awards season, Keira Knightley announced in December that she and her husband, James Righton, are expecting their first child. We can’t wait to see Kiera rock her baby bump as she accepts awards for her role in The Imitation Game!

While we still haven’t heard the words directly from Justin Timberlake or Jessica Biel, Joey Fatone revealed Hollywood’s worst kept secret in December that the duo is expecting. There’s just no better way to end the year than with this, honestly.

Just days before Christmas, E! Online broke the news that Ashlee Simpson is pregnant! This will be her first child with Evan Ross, whom she married in August, but let’s not forget she already has a six-year-old son, Bronx, with ex-husband Pete Wentz.
